I’ve created the workout below if you find yourself away from home traveling for work or pleasure and may not have access to a fully functioning gym.
This workout will keep you ticking over until your return and can be adapted or revised a little to suit, but ultimately you won’t need any equipment for this workout meaning it can be done at home or in a hotel room.
Please make sure you complete the full circuit before resting for the allocated time and then repeat for the number of sets allocated. This should be intense but will be short and sweet and you will recover relatively quickly.
The mobility warm up must be completed before you begin this program.
