Last but not least we need to know how you’re feeling.
When implementing a new training plan too many people get caught up on the visual feedback of the program (six pack abs or “toned” muscles) and ignore other key factors, or think that some of them must be accepted as the norm.
This isn’t the case, what’s the point of getting results if it’s making you feel like absolute crap? This program is designed to make a real change both physically and mentally and for the long term.
I want you to make notes on how you feel – are you mentally or physically tired, angry, how’s your sleep pattern, are you bloated / inflamed or constipated? The body is talking to us all the time, start listening and in your fortnightly review let me know what it’s telling you.
Note; Please make sure you try to take your measurements, weight and photos when your body is in the same state. For example, the best time to do this would will be first thing in the morning before you have consumed any food or liquid as this makes less room for discrepancies.
