Like phase 1 we will be removing almost all carbohydrates from the diet again.
Coupled with a more intense training program the aim here is to now burn as much body fat as possible to get the best look out of you physically.
With a higher protein intake and your metabolic flexibility, lean muscle mass will be spared.
Rules of phase 4:
- Almost all carbs during this phase should come from Veg
- Any remaining can be had as desired but ideally post workout or pre bed is preferred.
