The 12 weeks are over, “what now” I hear you ask?
This is where the real challenge begins, so to keep you on your fitness journey I have created this after care section to help keep you on the right path.
(If you aren’t quite ready to go it alone just yet and feel that you would like to take your transformation further then you can sign up for PHASE II of the Golf Fit By Olly program which is a further 12 weeks more tailored to you.)
I can’t stress enough that in order to maintain your results and to progress further, you can’t go back to your old habits. Hopefully you have now learnt a huge amount about the importance of nutrition and training, and have a better understanding of what it takes to not only make a change, but also maintain one.
With regards to your diet, you can’t jump back into your old calorific intake, you must gradually bring your calories back in slowly, whilst adjusting macros to suit what works best for you. This is known as reverse dieting.
However, before you begin this process I strongly suggest you take a week off training or have what is know as a deload. Trust me you have earned it.
If you feel that taking a week off just isn’t possible then please opt to take a de-load.
